Following the Government’s recently announced roadmap to ease out of lockdown, the upcoming Strictly Presents: The Power of Dance tour has been rescheduled.
The producers of the tour have been working with venues around the country to rearrange shows on a like-for-like basis wherever possible.
We are pleased to confirm that Strictly Presents: The Power of Dance has been rescheduled to June and July 2022. Customers who hold tickets for the 2021 dates will be contacted by their point of purchase to arrange ticket exchanges into the new dates. Please bear with the box office teams whilst they reorganise all bookings.
Customers will be able to request a full refund if the new dates do not work for them. This is a challenging time for venues up and down the country and we therefore ask customers to be patient as the local teams process a large number of bookings.
Strictly Presents: The Power of Dance is being rescheduled due to theatre closures. Originally planned to open in June 2021 this brand-new show from the Strictly Come Dancing family will now tour the UK from June 2022. Casting will be announced soon.
This tour will be directed and choreographed by former Strictly professional dancer Trent Whiddon and his wife and dance partner Gordana Grandosek and will give some of Strictly’s incredible performers the opportunity to share with audiences what it is to be a dancer via stunning choreography and beautiful storytelling.
This tour will open in Tunbridge Wells before playing Basingstoke, Cambridge, Halifax, Wolverhampton, Northampton, Grimsby, New Brighton, Stockton, Aberdeen, Dundee, Llandudno, Leicester, Croydon, Bath, Eastbourne, Canterbury, Warrington, Bridlington, Carlisle, Southend, Poole, High Wycombe, Aylesbury and Torquay.
